Working with Our Team

Planning a wedding is a lot, we aim to help make the photography as seamless and smooth as possible. As part of our process, we will have a shot-list agreed upon well in advance so you have nothing to worry about day of.

To get our job done the best way possible, we like to be kept in the loop for any walkthroughs, staging or floor plans!

INITIAL MEETING

This is where we storyboard together, get to know more about you as a client/couple and what you're looking for.

SITE VISIT / FINALIZE

Depending on location and time permitted, we can show up the day before for a run through of the space and staging.

Friends lift the groom into the air during a joyous and celebratory moment at the wedding.

DAY OF

We will connect with you and/or your coordinator and be ready at least 1 hour before the ceremony begins.

FINAL DELIVERY

Depending on the package selected we will send you a gallery of your edited photos within 6 weeks.

FAQ

Do you travel?

If you are in within 60mi of Walnut Creek, CA no worries! If you're a little further out, there will be a travel charge. Reach out and we can discuss specifics!

Can you do a hijabi-friendly event?

Yes! We have a workflow with separate memory cards, hard-drives and laptops to ensure a secure and private experience from start to finish. We also can deliver pictures via USB for an extra charge.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Depending on the package you go with, there can be an initial preview set of images delivered within 48 hours, and full delivery of your edited images in as short as 4 weeks.

What if we need to reschedule?

Our initial deposit on contract signature is non-refundable, but we would be happy to move your date for extenuating circumstances such as family emergencies.
